On-Site Rate = $25/hour with a 1-hour minimum(outside of Wallingford, $10 Travel Fee applies)

Customer Drop-Off Rate = after evaluation, quote will be given prior to work being done(call to arrange drop-off time)

OS Reinstall(no data backup)** $60-$70
Hard Drive Replacement $10(if done along with a Reinstall)
Data Recovery $25 for first 4.5GB of Data; $10 per each add'l 4.5GB
"No-name" or Custom-made computers may require higher charges

* Tune-up includes cleaning out temp files, defragmenting the hard drive, and getting rid of unecessary programs and startups

** OS Reinstall includes Windows Updates, system performance tweaks, and Antivirus/Antispyware protection.

Payment types accepted: Cash Only

Satisfaction is guaranteed. There is no charge at all if problem cannot be determined/resolved. If the problem is determined and the customer opts not to have it fixed, a $25 diagnostic fee is required.
